Albert is a thought leader, industry speaker and subject matter expert in the areas of Customer Experience and Service Management in the Banking and Finance industry. His passion is about helping Corporate Leadership to improve their customer management strategy and service operations.

Albert comes with years of experience in running quality, customer service, branches and distribution in various banks in the country. He has equally spent time in consulting practices that have actively contributed in Mystery Shopper & Customer Satisfaction programs – in this space, he has worked with OmniTouch International as well as other reputable research brands like Ipsos, Gallup, Nielsen, TNS and RFI in numerous strategic initiatives.

In addition, Albert is also very active in his voluntary work with CCAM that includes being both a Chief Judge and Judge at the National Awards, serving as an EXCO member of the association and for all his success in the industry, he was also recognized with the CCAM Career Achievement Award in Y2010.
