Andy Cranshaw is the Senior Vice President of Learning and Development at TDCX. He is responsible for overseeing the next phase in the development of TDCX’s training practice as we create a Global Learning and Development culture that will differentiate TDCX both as an employer and as a partner for our clients. Andy is a well-respected educator in customer experience and contact centre management with almost 30 years of experience in BPO Management Roles and CX Consulting twenty five of which have been spent in South East Asia.
Andy is a founding member of the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia and a proud recipient of the CCAM career achievement award for his service to the Malaysian contact centre industry.
