Dave Chin leads a team of technical consultants who are responsible for developing Customer Experience Management solutions and strategies in the Asia, as well as supporting the introduction of new Genesys products into the region.

Since joining Genesys in 1994, Dave has worked with many clients throughout the world to improve their own customer’s journeys.

Dave’s industry background includes more than 30 years of digital communications and he is now focused on the roles of technology in customer experience
