Dr. Siew has 17+ years of experience in designing and implementing large scale transformation programmes and building differentiated capabilities for banks, sovereign wealth funds and Insurance in Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, India, UK and US.

He advises and implements the followings for CxOs:

  • Growth Business Model
  • Lean Operating Model e.g. Front to Back office redesign, Shared Services, Channels Transformation
  • Differentiated Capabilities e.g. Customer Centricity, Fintech, BPR

While Chan-Cheong was working out of the London office of Strategy& (formerly known as Booz & Company), he successfully assisted numerous British and European global banks to transform post the 2008 global financial crisis.

He attained his MBA from London Business School and PhD from Southampton University, UK
