Eric has a strong focus in Customer, Agent & Supervisor experience such as full Omni-Channel user experience, Voice, Video, Digital, Conversational AI self-service engagement, WEM, AI & ML, Automation and helping businesses transition their contact center to the cloud, an agile environment for brands to accelerate innovation.
Prior to Zoom, Eric was previously at Twilio as a Twilio Flex (CX) Specialty Sales helping brands to innovate their CX thru CCaaS & CPaaS Contact Centre platform and prior to this at NICE where he is an Enterprise CX cloud evangelist helping business to transform & migrate to cloud and multiple CX roles at Aspect/Alvaria covering Asia Pacific markets.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering major in Computer Network in Manchester, United Kingdom. He resides in Singapore.
