Frederick leads Poly’s go-to-market initiatives with Poly’s technology alliance partners in the contact center and unified communication markets across Asia Pacific. He has 25 years of regional work experience in IT industry for global companies such as Poly, Cisco, HPE, Symantec and Dialogic. He has extensive experience in various job functions such as product marketing, sales operations and engineering, as well as 3 years of experience in regional technical support center. Learning from these varied experiences, he firmly believes in the importance of both great customer experience and operational excellence in keeping and growing businesses.

Frederick has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan) and an MBA degree from National University of Singapore. He is passionate about mentoring MBA students and environment sustainability.
