Patrick joins Genesys with over 18 years of experience in the IT and software industry, predominantly in the customer experience and contact centre markets. A firm believer in Customer Experience as a technology and methodology, Patrick takes pleasure in helping to transform the customer experience for organizations in general as they interact with their customers consistently across channels to deliver great and memorable experiences.
