Pranay Anand

Pranay Anand is Solutions Director, Customer Experience for Dimension Data Asia Pacific. In this role, Pranay is responsible for driving the organisation’s contact centre and customer experience solutions.

Pranay has spent over 18 years in the IT industry with extensive knowledge of contact centre operations.

He started his career working as an agent in an outsourced contact centre and his passion for customer service and technology saw him progress into technical roles that allowed him to design and implement many contact centres in the Asia Pacific region.

Pranay has spent a significant amount of time in areas of business development enterprise architecture, pre-sales, design and consulting with Dimension Data and other technology organisations.

Prior to joining Dimension Data, he held senior roles with Datacom and Connexion Point Technology Limited.

Pranay, based in Singapore, is a complete “peoples” person who firmly believes that organisations that put their customers at the centre of everything they do, deliver the best customer service.

He did his Diploma of Electrotechnology from Auckland University of Technology.
