Armed with Forrester’s forward-looking research and her experience as a CX practitioner, Shyanne empowers CX leaders to refine their customer-obsessed strategies and advance in CX innovation. Shyanne guides and influences business decisions by facilitating enriching peer-based best practice sharing and connecting CX council members to expert analysts. Shyanne is based in Forrester’s Singapore office.
Before joining Forrester in 2018, Shyanne served for 8 years in various senior customer experience management roles within financial services, education, retail and telemarketing organizations. Most recently, Shyanne was responsible for customer driven growth at a fast-paced regional fintech firm. She focused on collaborating with digital teams, using customer insights and leveraging technology to deliver a differentiated customer experience that produced tangible business results. She led the culture transformation by advocating the outside-in approach in business strategies and decisions, and nurturing customer champions in every corner of the organization.
