Sunil brings multiple years of domain expertise in customer experience and customer feedback solutions. Aside from leading product and Go-to-market sales strategy for Qualtrics CX solutions, Sunil advises enterprise customers on how to embed Qualtrics CX solutions within their organisations with minimal disruption to business and IT. Sunil has worked with customers in Australia, North America and Asia over the past 13+ years including Prudential Insurance, DBS Bank, Fuji Xerox and Singapore Airlines.
Prior to Qualtrics, Sunil lead Customer Experience and performance management solutions within contact centres at NICE systems across APJ.
