Customer Experience Manager
Cynthia Tang has undertaken various roles within Sunway Malls since 2007; working her way up from a public relations executive to an astute marketing professional within the marketing team. Her latest role is to drive the Customer Experience function in the organisation, where she has end to end accountability overlooking CX strategy, CX analytics & CX operations & implementation. She also leads the Sunway Malls Innovation Lab that was created to ideate and inculcate an innovation culture within the organisation. When she is not at work, she faces the daunting challenge of balancing her personal life; pursuing her MBA and managing a 3 year old daughter.
