Progressed from a PR executive to a strategic marketing professional and along the way, her innate drive for change and innovation ignited. This propelled her towards a new frontier: specialising in Customer Experience.
Recently, she shifted gears from the vibrant world of shopping malls to healthcare. Despite the industry change, the fundamentals of Customer Experience remain universal and applicable. Fuelled by a dynamic and high-energy personality, Cynthia thrives on challenging the status quo.
