Dr. Shreekant Vijaykar

Dr.Shreekant Vijaykar is a veteran in the industry and is known for his consulting, training, and research projects that help clients improve their business performance and achieve competitive advantage.

He is the business leader for this region for COPC Inc. with growth and scale responsibilities. Shreekant is also the global Service Line Lead for the flagship training and certification Best Practices in Customer Experience Operations (BPCXO). He has provided advisory and training services to clients like ByteDance, Concentrix, Dell, Grab, Google, Lazada, RR Donnelley, Samsung, Symantec, among others.

Shreekant teaches Operations Strategy, Service Innovation and Sales & Operations Planning in management institutes like IIM Nagpur as a visiting faculty. He is on the board of various industry associations, including being a Judge for the Contact CenterAssociation of Malaysia (CCAM) Annual Awards for the last two years. He is also a regular keynote speaker at their events and annual conference.

Prior to COPC Inc., Shreekant has worked with diverse companies, like QAI, Sitel, HCL Technologies, TCS, and Asian Paints. He divides his time between Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Delhi, India.
