Norlida is Founder of Chapter Advisory Sdn Bhd focusing on strategy, transformation and leadership. She brings 39 years of multi-markets and multi-discipline corporate experience with large conglomerates in Malaysia including UEM Group, Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Axiata Group in the infrastructure and telecommunication industries as well as with global and regional banks (HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citibank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Commercial Bank Group, Samba Financial Group) operating in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UK, Singapore and Malaysia.
She carries diverse experience: human capital, strategy, risk management & compliance, communication, marketing, accounting, finance & business development, with C-Suite roles since 2006 as CHRO/CPO and COO.
She is currently an INED of Peoplelogy Sdn Bhd and has prior board experience as NINED on EDOTCO (Axiata Group) and CIMA (UEM Group). She is an ICF Certified Executive Coach, Fellow CIPD, Fellow TF50 TalentCorp, Adjunct Professor Unitar, Accredited HRD Corp Trainer and advisor on ESG Markets, Future Leaders Internship Programme, Well-Being@Work and Build A Future Team.
She is passionate on the wellbeing, inclusivity and building talent agenda and has served as mentor and coach including for Lean In Malaysia, Leadwomen and 30% Club. She has also been named among South East Asia HR Icons.
